Staying active can be a challenge for people of all ages here in the United States. For adults, the challenges of balancing a busy life can too often get in the way. After all, many people are exhausted by the time that they get home from work and typically just want to eat something and relax and then go to bed. This exhaustion will only be compounded, however, if they also have young children.
